Warrant arrest

Abby A. Angelo, 20, of Spring Valley was arrested on a LaSalle County warrant for failure to appear on charge of possession of drug paraphernalia in the 600 block of East Erie Street at 4 p.m. Feb. 19.

Unlawful consumption of alcohol

A 16-year-old male from Peru was charged with unlawful consumption of alcohol by a minor, no valid driver's license, curfew violation and driving without headlights when required in the 200 block of East St. Paul Street at 2:22 a.m. Feb. 18.

Dog running at large

Jackie Robeza, 35, of Spring Valley was charged with a city ordinance violation for a dog running at large in the 500 block of West Third Street at 1:55 p.m. Feb. 19.

Tina M. Bland, 41, of Spring Valley was charged with a city ordinance violation for a dog running at large at the intersection of Devlin and Terry streets at 4:02 p.m. Feb. 17.
