PRINCETON — A new business in Princeton owned by a mother and her daughter has the motto of “not just a tan.”
Robyn Washer and her mother, Joyce Washer, are the owners of Le Soleil Tanning Salon located at 430 S. Main St. in Princeton where Sunset Tan was formerly located. Robyn’s daughter, Bryanna Poorman, also works at the business.
“The name (Le Soleil) means sun in French,” said Robyn. “We took over Sept. 1 and thought this was a promising opportunity.”
Le Soleil has 12 beds and two stand up booths for those wanting to get a tan for prom or to prepare for their vacation.
“We also have clothes, jewelry and accessories, handbags and shoes,” added Robyn. “We also have lotions and Hempz products.”
Le Soleil is open seven days a week. Its phone number is 815-879-8500. You can also follow the business on Facebook.
