• Heard a request from Trustee Wayne Gerrond to have someone oversee water payments until he returns in April.

• Accepted the monthly police report and heard someone donated a flag and pole for Burleson Park.

• Heard a report from Trustee Tom Weeks regarding his work on ordinances and the Open Meeting Act training. He said he received one complaint from a resident regarding no improvement to property at 106 N. Main St.

• Received information for different grants to see if there are any the village can take advantage of.

• Heard police radios will be obsolete by the end of the year, and the village will need to update; the handheld will have to be replaced.

• Heard a suggestion from Rohrig that support for food pantry and historical society be added as a line item on 2011-12 budget.

• Heard blank complaint forms were at the village hall if anyone has need for them. If a complaint is made and goes to the point of going to court, the person who makes the complaint must be able to appear in court.
