Financial workshop

PRINCETON — A free one-hour workshop, “Financial Independence: It is Women’s Work,” sponsored by the Bureau County Chapter of Thrivent for Lutherans, will begin at 10 a.m. March 10 at First Lutheran Church, 116 N. Pleasant St. in Princeton.

The workshop is for women of all faiths, and no products will be sold at the event. You may also bring a guest.

After the workshop, be pampered with a one-hour mini-spa treatment and relaxation techniques by Phyllis Miller, followed by a lunch to be served at noon.

The church is handicapped accessible by elevator at the Putnam Street entrance. There is additional parking in the lot north of the church with entry to the building.
