Deer accidents

Brent R. Goossens, 33, of rural Sheffield was traveling at 8:42 p.m. Feb. 1 on 150 East Street, 100 feet south of 2125 North Avenue in Gold Township, when his vehicle hit a deer.

Robin R. Verda, 40, of Bureau was traveling at 5:47 p.m. Feb. 1 on Route 29, one-fourth mile north of the Kentville Road in Leepertown Township, when her vehicle hit a deer.

Kyle H. Johnson, 33, of Sheffield was traveling at 6:43 p.m. Feb. 4 on 645 East Street, one-half mile north of 1210 North Avenue in Concord Township, when his vehicle hit a deer.

Andrea M. Stone, 30, of Walnut was traveling at 11:40 p.m. Feb. 6 on Route 92, one mile east of 1500 East Street in Walnut Township, when her vehicle hit a deer.

Gena M. Lucas, 43, of Malden was traveling at 6:16 p.m. Feb. 9 on Angling Road, one-half mile west of 2675 East Street in Berlin Township, when her vehicle hit a deer.

Accidents

Ryne E. Birkey, 27, of Wyanet and Nicholas M. Massa, 17, of Walnut were involved in an accident at 7:45 a.m. Feb. 2 on 1400 East Street, at the intersection with 2300 North Avenue in Bureau Township. Birkey was charged with failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident and with improper use of a registration or title.

Justin A. Albers, 22, of Mendota was traveling at 6:45 a.m. Feb. 2 on 3450 East Street, at the intersection with 2900 North Avenue in Clarion Township, when he lost control of his vehicle after swerving to miss a car that had disregarded a stop sign.

Aaron M. Langham, 18, of Peru was involved in a single-vehicle accident at 10 p.m. Feb. 4 on 2300 North Avenue, one-fourth mile east of 3200 East Street in Westfield Township. He was charged with improper lane usage.

Scott A. Demmer, 54, of Ohio, Ill., was involved in a single-vehicle accident at 1:12 a.m. Feb. 1 on 1250 East Street, one-half mile south of 2950 North Avenue in Walnut Township.

Alexander M. Arauza, 38, of Princeton was traveling at 11:31 a.m. Feb. 8 in the 100 block of South Euclid Avenue in Princeton when his vehicle hit an unoccupied parked car owned by John Young of Princeton.
