No valid driver's license

Maria D. Campos, 45, of Spring Valley was charged with no valid driver's license and operating an uninsured motor vehicle at the intersection of Mautino Drive and Dakota Street at 6:38 a.m. Feb. 4.

Unlawful possession of alcohol

A 16-year-old Ladd male was charged with unlawful possession of alcohol by a minor at the intersection of Greenwood and First streets at 9:13 p.m. Feb. 1.

Domestic battery

Koren M. Laughery, 33, of Spring Valley was charged with domestic battery following a reported domestic disturbance in the 400 block of West St. Paul Street at 3 p.m. Feb. 6.

Warrant arrest

Raymond T. Coughlin, 31, of Spring Valley was arrested on two Bureau County warrants for deceptive practices and a LaSalle County warrant for failure to appear on a charge of forgery, in the 200 block of East Devlin Street at 6:19 p.m. Feb. 4. He was also charged with possession of cannabis, resisting a peace officer and obstructing a peace officer.

Kyle W. Zinser, 21, of Spring Valley was arrested on a Bureau County warrant for failure to appear on a charge of possession of cannabis and a LaSalle County warrant for failure to appear on a charge of consumption of alcohol by a minor after he turned himself in to the Spring Valley Police Department at 10:37 p.m. Feb. 6.

Rodrick Hutchins, 37, of Broadview was arrested on a Henry County warrant for failure to appear on a parking complaint charge, following a motorist assist call at the intersection of Routes 6 and 89 at 6:15 p.m. Feb. 5.

Deer accident

Rose Vecchi, 60. of DePue struck a deer at the intersection or Route 6 and 89 and Route 29 at 10:19 p.m. Feb. 5.
